His strong knowledge of these sectors helps him deliver high-value results to his clients. Prior to starting i-ray consulting, Ravisankar led the talent acquisition team in a TATA company. During his tenure, he was instrumental in introducing several process improvement initiatives in the recruitment systems, procedures and practices. Ravi holds a masters degree from Pondicherry Central University.
